Definition
A war-chest is capital deliberately extracted from volatility and converted into stability, autonomy, and real-world leverage. Extraction means you peel structured rungs on strength while keeping a long-arc core alive.
Key: This is not timing the top. It’s harvesting excess risk before it reverses.
