Summary
We sell digital products only (e.g., premium scrolls, courses, codes, downloadable materials). Because access is granted immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is delivered.
What “Access Delivered” Means
- Receiving a download link, gate code, or login credentials; or
- Opening a course/module or viewing protected content tied to your purchase.
Limited Exceptions
We will review and resolve the following cases:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same order.
- Fraudulent/unauthorized purchase: Evidenced by your payment provider.
- Non-delivery due to technical failure: You completed payment but did not receive access, and we cannot restore it promptly after you contact us.
If an exception applies, we will correct access or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Cooling-Off / Consumer Rights (EEA/UK & Similar Jurisdictions)
Where local law grants a statutory withdrawal period for digital content, it typically does not apply after you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right to withdraw is lost once delivery begins. Our checkout may ask you to provide this consent. If you have not accessed the content and believe you retain a withdrawal right, contact us immediately.
Request a Review
- Go to Initiate Contact.
- Choose “Billing/Access” and include your order email, date, and a brief description.
- We’ll investigate and respond. If an exception applies, we’ll restore access or process a refund.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback while access has been delivered, we may provide proof of delivery to your payment provider. Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster and with less friction.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page to reflect operational or legal changes. We’ll adjust the “Last updated” date above and, if changes are material, provide additional notice where appropriate.
