Module 2 — Continuation vs Reclaim

Two closes = authority. Continuation above the Scroll Line or reclaim through it; wicks don’t decide—closes do.

Course progress — 0/6 complete 0%

Quick Mode — 90-Second Version

Closes decide bias. Then we trade in Module 3.

  • Mark Scroll Line: first 30m close of your active window.
  • Two closes = authority. Above → Continuation. Close through & hold → Reclaim.
  • Closes beat wicks. Probes don’t decide; acceptance does.
  • Bias drives entries (Module 3). No bias → no trade.

System Distinctions — Two Ways to Engage the Field

Inside the 7–10 ET window, choose the tool that matches structure and tempo:

Scalping System — micro sweeps → close reclaim → entry (M1/M5) Continuation / OR System — Scroll/OR context → hold/expand (M5+)

⚔️ Heuristic: scalping = knife-fight; continuation = campaign.

Field Rule — Two Closes Decide

Continuation: When price closes above the Scroll Line and then prints a second consecutive close in acceptance, bias is long while above that line.

Reclaim: If price closes through the Scroll Line and holds (second close in acceptance) on the other side, the level is reclaimed and bias flips.

Application: Use this bias to filter Module 3 entries (Stop-Limit templates) and manage trades when closes challenge the line.

Closes Decide — Not Wicks

Rules & Invalid Signals

Rules

  • Two-close rule: need two consecutive closes in acceptance.
  • Closes > wicks: wick sweeps don’t flip bias.
  • Context: PDH/PDL/OPEN inform strength but Scroll decides bias.

Invalid

  • Single close only (no second acceptance).
  • Wick-through without close acceptance.
  • Signals outside your session window.
