Refund Policy
All products are digital. All sales are final once access is delivered.
Last updated: August 31, 2025
We sell digital products only, including premium scrolls, courses, codes, downloadable materials, and protected access. Because access is granted immediately or shortly after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is delivered.
1) What “Access Delivered” Means
- Receiving a download link, gate code, or login credentials.
- Opening a course, module, file, or protected content tied to your purchase.
2) Limited Exceptions
We will review and resolve the following cases:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same order.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized purchase: Evidenced by your payment provider.
- Non-delivery due to technical failure: You completed payment but did not receive access, and we cannot restore it promptly after you contact us.
If an exception applies, we will correct access or issue a refund to the original payment method.
3) Cooling-Off / Consumer Rights
Where local law grants a statutory withdrawal period for digital content, it typically does not apply after you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right to withdraw is lost once delivery begins. Our checkout may ask you to provide this consent. If you have not accessed the content and believe you retain a withdrawal right, contact us immediately.
4) Request a Review
- Go to Contact The Alignment Archive.
- Include your order email, date, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will investigate and respond. If an exception applies, we will restore access or process a refund.
5) Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback while access has been delivered, we may provide proof of delivery to your payment provider. Please contact us first. We can usually resolve billing or access issues faster and with less friction.
6) Changes to This Policy
We may update this page to reflect operational or legal changes. We will adjust the “Last updated” date above and, if changes are material, provide additional notice where appropriate.
