Acceptance of These Terms

Original Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original text, research, analysis, field dossiers, maps, frameworks, graphics, product materials, page designs, branding, and other original Archive content are owned by or licensed to The Alignment Archive and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may read, quote short excerpts with attribution, and link to publicly available pages. You may not reproduce substantial portions, republish full paid or free works, remove attribution, sell copies, create substitute products from our materials, or commercially exploit Archive content without prior written permission.

Paid, Premium & Gated Content

Some content, files, manuals, subscriptions, products, or other materials may require payment, membership, a valid access code, or other authorization.

Access is personal to the purchaser or authorized user unless the purchase terms expressly allow sharing. You may not publicly post, distribute, resell, transfer, or share protected credentials, files, access links, or paid materials in a way that defeats the intended access restrictions.

We may suspend or revoke access where we reasonably believe access has been obtained fraudulently, shared in violation of these Terms, or used to circumvent access controls.

Purchases, Billing & Refunds

Prices, product descriptions, and payment terms are presented at or before purchase. Third-party payment or publishing platforms may apply their own terms to transactions processed through them.

Refunds and digital-delivery issues are governed by our Refund Policy together with any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

User Submissions & Messages

If you send us a message, tip, correction, document, suggestion, or other material, you represent that you have the right to send it and that doing so is lawful.

Unless we separately agree otherwise, submitting material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, attorney-client, journalistic-source, employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Please do not send information you are not authorized to disclose.

We may use submissions as reasonably necessary to review, respond, verify, protect the Site, or operate the Archive, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Research, Commentary & Informational Content
