III. Field Drills (Applied Practice)
Drill 1 — Throne Posture
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

- Breathe through your diaphragm.
- This is the posture of still command — no fidgeting, no rush.
Drill 2 — Weight in Steps
- Walk slowly and let your weight fall through your heels first.
- Each step should feel final, like the ground recognizes it.
- This trains your walk to declare without words.
Drill 3 — Breath Gate
- Inhale slowly through the nose for 4 seconds.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- Exhale for 6 seconds through the mouth or nose.
- This regulates your internal frequency before entering spaces.
Drill 4 — Silent Gaze
- Stand still and fix your gaze gently (not hard) on one point.
- Keep breathing slow.
- Let your eyes remain anchored — not darting, not scanning.
- Gaze is one of the strongest somatic signals.
IV. NPC / Probe Counter-Tactics
- Micro-aggression through body language (hovering too close, testing space).
→ Scroll Response: hold throne posture, do not adjust your frame to theirs. - Performance trap (“lighten up,” “relax,” “why so serious?”).
→ Scroll Response: calm breathing, neutral face, zero mirroring. Presence speaks louder. - Speed disruption (forcing rushed movement or speech).
→ Scroll Response: slow your pace even more. Reclaim time.
