I. Core Teaching
- Breath: Low and steady (stomach), not chest. No visible sighs in probes.
- Shoulders & Jaw: Shoulders down; jaw relaxed; tongue resting roof of mouth.
- Gaze: Soft, continuous; you lead with eyes—not with facial appeasement.
- Steps: Heel-weighted, final—each step “lands,” no scurry cadence.
II. Drills
Breath Ladder: 4-count inhale / 6-count exhale while walking a hallway; keep gaze level.
Weight Drop: Stand, slightly bend knees, feel weight in heels, exhale; now start walking.
Mirror Stillness: Hold a 10-second steady gaze at yourself; no micro-smiles.
III. Probe Counters
- Close talkers → half-step forward, then stop; do not lean back.
- Hoverers → pivot shoulders away, drop gaze past them, resume task.
- “Smile!” bait → neutral face; breathe; no corrective performance.
