2. Silent Step (Presence Walk)
- Walk a short distance in silence.
- Match your steps to your breath.
- Each step should feel final and weighty.

3. Half-Second Rule (Conversation Control)
- In every conversation today, insert a half-second of silence before replying.
- Observe how others adjust their energy first.

V. Somatic + Preemption Drills (Advanced Layer)

- Shoulders down, spine tall, chin level, breath anchored.
- Train this until it becomes your resting posture, not an “activated” one.

3. Script Dissolve
- Choose a location where you often encounter probes.
- Enter already sealed.
